Crossmember
On your ’55-’57 Chevy car, the front motor mounts are at the front of the block and the rear mount attaches to the bellhousing. This works fine for original use, but makes it hard to swap in a different tranny or add belt driven accessories to the front of the engine. This mount kit is the solution!
- Uses common mounts.
- No welding, but drilling is required.
- Mounting a TK500 or TK600 may require risers/spacers to get proper driveline angle.
Rubber Mount Cushion
OEM-style rubber transmission cushion for many ’58-’82 GM transmissions including TH350 auto, Muncie, Saginaw, and others.

- End to end width = 32-7/8″
- Center to center width (mounting holes) = 3″
- Drop of top of tube to top of plate = 2-3/4″
- S-bracket drops the mount surface for teh crossmember 2″ down from the top of the frame
- S-bracket is 4″ wide- slotted holes for crossmember mounting are 1″ to 1-3/4″ long
